1. Payment Restrictions Related to Specified Countries and Regions
① Payments to residents of North Korea, or to corporations/organizations substantially controlled by such residents

① Transactions conducted for the purpose of contributing to activities that may support North Korea's nuclear or other weapons-related programs.
② Transactions conducted for the purpose of contributing to Iran's nuclear activities.
3. Restrictions on Payments Related to Specific Transactions
Payments related to the following regulated transactions:

① Import of goods originating from or shipped from North Korea.
② Intermediary trade of goods originating from, shipped from, or destined for North Korea.
③ Capital transactions or financial services conducted for the purpose of contributing to activities that may support North Korea's nuclear or other weapons-related programs.

④ Acquisition of shares or equity interests by Iranian parties (the Government of Iran, non-resident Iranian nationals, or entities established under Iranian law) in companies engaged in specific industries related to nuclear technology (including cases that fall under inward direct investment, as well as transfers of such shares or equity interests to these parties in cases not falling under inward direct investment).

⑤ Acquisition or transfer of securities issued by the Government of Russia or other designated Russian government entities.
